  • Shipment & Trade Data: Export entry details, LR numbers, invoice numbers, consignee names, and delivery addresses entered by authorised staff.
  • Contact Details: Mobile numbers of consignees used solely for WhatsApp shipment notifications.
  • Usage Data: Activity logs including login timestamps, actions performed, and IP addresses for security and audit purposes.

How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and operate the export management platform
  • To send automated WhatsApp notifications to consignees when shipments are cleared
  • To generate GST-compliant invoices and trade documents
  • To maintain audit trails and activity logs for compliance
  • To authenticate users and enforce role-based access controls
  • To improve platform performance and fix technical issues

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share data only in the following circumstances:

  • WhatsApp Notifications: Consignee mobile numbers are shared with our WhatsApp API provider (Kwic) solely to deliver shipment notifications.
  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government authority.
  • Business Operations: Data may be shared with trusted service providers who assist in operating our platform, under strict confidentiality agreements.

Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including:

  • Password hashing and secure session management
  • Role-based access controls limiting data visibility
  • API keys stored server-side only — never exposed to browsers
  • Activity logging for all sensitive operations

No system is 100% secure. We encourage users to use strong passwords and report any suspected security issues to us immediately.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Shipment records and activity logs are retained for compliance and audit purposes. You may request deletion of your account data by contacting us.
