Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the SK Enterprises export management platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all users including staff, administrators, approvers, deliverers, and consignees.

User Accounts & Access

  • Access to the Platform is granted by an authorised administrator of SK Enterprises.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You must not share your account with any other person.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
  • Accounts may be suspended or terminated for misuse, inactivity, or at the discretion of the administrator.

Permitted Use

The Platform is provided exclusively for the purpose of managing export shipments, LR entries, consignee communications, and related logistics operations for SK Enterprises and its authorised partners. You agree to:

  • Use the Platform only for its intended business purposes
  • Enter accurate and truthful information into the system
  • Comply with all applicable Indian laws and regulations including GST requirements
  • Not attempt to access data or features beyond your assigned role permissions

Prohibited Activities

  • Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or compromise the Platform's security
  • Uploading malicious code, scripts, or files
  • Using the Platform to send unsolicited communications
  • Accessing or attempting to access other users' data without authorisation
  • Using automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Platform
  • Misrepresenting your identity or role within the system

WhatsApp Notifications

By providing a mobile number in the system, consignees consent to receiving automated WhatsApp messages from SK Enterprises regarding their shipment status. These messages are transactional in nature and are sent only when a shipment is cleared. To opt out, contact us at the details below.

Intellectual Property

All content, software, and materials on the Platform are the property of SK Enterprises. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent. Trade documents and invoices generated through the Platform remain the property of SK Enterprises and the respective consignee as applicable.

Limitation of Liability

SK Enterprises provides the Platform on an "as is" basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SK Enterprises shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data or business interruption.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of this Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made.
